How InfluenceQ was born ?

During a casual weekend discussion, we were discussing about our professional achievements, professional connections and our professional influence. Suddenly one of us asked a very direct question

"Do you really know, what's your professional influence as compared to others in your company?"

This question stuck all of us deeply.

None of us could answer this question, because there was absolutely no way, we could actually calculate our professional influence & compare it with others.

This prompted us to create "InfluenceQ.com"
